Where do I find my driver?

>> We provide meet and greet and also curve side pick up
1) Meet and Greet. Our driver will meet you at baggage claim holding a sign with your full name. This meet and greet service are for an additional $10.00.
2) Curbside. Our driver will pick you outside the Baggage claim area . Please call 587-317-1959 as soon as you are ready to be pick up

Can I pre-pay By Credit Card ?

>> Yes you can make an online reservation and pre-pay by credit card
we will also provide you with an email confirmation as well as an email receipt after the job is done

How much you charge for waiting time?

>> We provide our clients with a free 15 minutes waiting for residential pick ups and 45 minutes for airport pick ups after that we will charge an hourly rate according to the vehicle category.

What is your cancellation policy?

>> Our worry free cancellation will provide you with 12 hours in advance before picking up  to cancel any reservation with no charges.

Do you offer service guarantee?

>> Yes, we do offer service guaranteed we will send you an email  reservation confirmation, The confirmation email will contain all of the needed information, The driver will be at the pickup destination always 15 minutes previous pick up time.

Do you offer hourly rates?

>> Yes we offer hourly rates according to the job need it, Our hourly rates vary according to the vehicle type and model for more info on prices please contact our dispatcher.

Your price include tax and gratuity for the driver ?

>> At the time of making the reservation we will provide you with the total price for the service including 20% driver gratuity and 5% Calgary mandatory tax. This % are subject to change, according to government regulations

Are your prices base per person or per car?

>> Our prices are base per vehicle, our service is private for families and corporate clients, we do not offer the share shuttle services.

What is Your cancellation fee?

>> After your reservation is confirmed you have 12 hours prior pick up time to cancel reservation, you need to do it either by phone or by email.
